    Patience, presence & persistence. I wasn't planning on using alliteration in answering this question, but it is true. You need patience when working with people, you need to be visible and present to your team, and you need to be persistent with what you and your team needs to be successful. You of course need other things, but these three are pretty high up there in my book.

    Yes, I stand in agreement with all the comments that was said, and I would like to add, that the character of a person makes a big difference in how they treat people. Treating people right is something that cannot just simply be taught. You have to have compassion, empathy, and respect towards others. Along with the skills of knowing how to perform your job, having these three characters, teaches you how to put others first.
