Hi! I believe the main thing to remember when interviewing is this: they already have seen your resume, so they see the potential. Talk about what makes you the best fit for the position!
As managers that is what we are looking for, the best fit for the team. This usually includes personality, adaptability, ability to receive feedback, knowledge, and trainability. Also, simple things like being courteous, professional, and appropriately dressed goes a long way and makes in making a good impression. Good luck on your interviews!!!
