  • What you’ll do: In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the hospital is clean and orderly.
  • Why it matters: Your work is essential in creating a clean environment that supports patient healing and recovery.
     

 

  • What you’ll do:
    Assist with outpatient registrations by gathering necessary patient information, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth check-in process for appointments.
  • Why it matters:
    By ensuring efficient registration, you help create a positive experience for patients, allowing them to receive timely care with no unnecessary wait.

 

  • What you’ll do:
    Collect and verify demographic and insurance information for inpatient admissions. Enter data into the system and coordinate with financial counselors to ensure a smooth process.
  • Why it matters:
    Your work ensures that patients are admitted quickly and accurately, minimizing delays and providing them with the care they need without complications.
  • What you’ll do: Assist nurses by providing hands-on patient care and supporting a patient-centered care approach. Perform a variety of medical tasks under supervision.
  • Why it matters: Your work helps patients recover faster and achieve the best outcomes in their care.

 

 

  • What you’ll do: Safely transport patients across the hospital campus.
  • Why it matters: You ensure patients move comfortably and quickly, helping to keep their care on track.

 

 

  • What you’ll do: Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques, perform bedside testing, and ensure specimens are ready for lab analysis.
  • Why it matters: Your work provides critical data that helps diagnose and treat patients effectively.

**Phlebotomy I & II must have completed accredited phlebotomy certificate course.

 

  • What you’ll do: Facilitate the referral process, schedule appointments, and assist patients and physicians with access to medical services.
  • Why it matters: You streamline the patient care process, ensuring they receive the care they need promptly.

 

  • What you’ll do: Monitor and ensure patient safety at all times, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing team. Help with clerical tasks when not with patients.
  • Why it matters: You play a critical role in ensuring patients are never alone and are always well cared for.
  • What you’ll do:
    Help keep the hospital safe by watching over patients, visitors, staff, and facilities, while communicating clearly and calmly with everyone.
  • Why it matters:
    You create a secure environment where patients can heal and care teams can focus on their work without worry.
  • What you’ll do:
    Handle patient admissions by updating arrival and discharge info, entering insurance and personal details, and making sure everything is accurate in the system. You'll work with different teams to keep things running smoothly and help schedule and upload info for Telehealth visits.
  • Why it matters:
    You help patients get the care they need quickly and without confusion, whether they’re coming in person or connecting through Telehealth.
  • What you’ll do:
    Fix and follow up on denied or unpaid insurance claims, update patient accounts, and work with payers to sort out any issues.
  • Why it matters:
    You help keep the billing process smooth so the hospital gets paid and patients can focus on their care—not paperwork.
