Edwards College of Dental Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina is seeking applications for a (80%) clinical faculty position in the Department of Reconstructive and Rehabilitation Sciences, Division of Restorative Dentistry. Primary responsibilities of successful candidates: will be expected to have knowledge and clinical experience in all areas of operative and fixed prosthetic restorative dentistry, as they teach dental students techniques and materials for restorative dentistry, primarily with fixed and operative dental procedures in providing direct patient care.

Job Description

The James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina is seeking applications for a (80%) clinical faculty position in the Department of Reconstructive and Rehabilitation Sciences, Division of Restorative Dentistry. Primary responsibilities of successful candidates: will be expected to have knowledge and clinical experience in all areas of operative and fixed prosthetic restorative dentistry, as they teach dental students techniques and materials for restorative dentistry, primarily with fixed and operative dental procedures in providing direct patient care.  

Qualified candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree.  Completion of an AEGD/GPR program and experience with digital dentistry procedures are preferred but not required.  Successful applicants should have a South Carolina Dental License or qualify for a teaching license.  MUSC is an EEO/AA employer—minorities and women encouraged to apply.
