Job Summary/Purpose: Evaluates, administers and directs the administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and reassess this patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.

Minimum Training and Education: Degree in physical therapy from an accredited school.

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Physical Therapist South Carolina License. AHA BLS or equivalent certification required.
