Job Summary: The Pathology and Lab department is recruiting for a Faculty Attending. In addition to clinical service responsibilities, the Medical Director will provide visible and accessible institutional leadership and professional oversight for all operations of the clinical laboratories. Ensure compliance with regulatory compliance with CAP and other regulatory and accreditation agencies. Provide leadership with respect to patient safety and quality, laboratory test utilization and operational performance of the laboratories. The Medical Director will participate in the training of pathology residents and fellow, medical technologist training and laboratory administration.
