Job Description
Under general supervision, the Certified Surgical Technologist II functions as member of the operating room team to prepare sterile supplies and equipment used in the surgical procedures and perform appropriate room duties involved with direct patient care with adherence to established procedural guidelines. This position demonstrates knowledge and skills required to provide care and/or service appropriate to the level of development of patients, with consideration of the needs of patients' families.
Additional Job Description
Education: High School Graduate or hold a GED certificate. Completion of an approved surgical technologist program required.
Experience: Previous experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates: Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist required. BLS required.
