Job Description
Leadership & Management:
• Oversee and supervise clinical staff, including nurses, techs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members, ensuring ongoing professional development and maintaining a positive work culture.
• Manage scheduling, caseloads, and workloads to ensure optimal service delivery and patient outcomes.
Clinical Oversight:
• Ensure the implementation of evidence-based treatment approaches across all programs and services.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and effectiveness of programs
• Address complex clinical issues and provide direct clinical services when necessary.
Program Development & Implementation:
• In partnership with the Executive Director, the Clinical DIrector will assist with the development and implementation of new programs or modifications to existing programs based on patient needs, industry trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience and integrated care.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
• Conduct audits and prepare reports related to clinical services, quality assurance, and patient outcomes.
• Address patient concerns or complaints related to clinical care and ensure appropriate follow-up.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree or in process of achieving degree. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in area of responsibility. 1 to 3 years leadership experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates: RN Licensure in South Carolina or Compact Licensure Agreement. Certification in area of responsibility preferred.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 9 years progressive work experience and 4 years management experience. State licensure and/or professional certification requirement/s dependent on position.
