Job Description Summary
The Telehealth Contract Coordinator reports to MUSC Health’s Billing Integration Manager. Under indirect supervision, the Telehealth Contract Coordinator prepares, reviews, and maintains contracts, coordinates interaction and review by MUHA legal counsel, manages record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation, communicates contract related information to all stakeholders, and facilitates the financial processes related to contractual obligations of both the Center for Telehealth and the SCTA.

Assists the development and coordination of activities related to grants or contracts proposals. Helps departmental faculty in the development, preparation, and submission of grant and contract proposals. Creates accounts in the financial accounting system and makes changes to the award or budgets.
Additional Job Description
Minimum Training and Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required. Master’s degree preferred. Must be able to operate with a high degree of independence with limited supervision and direction. Five (5) years of work experience in a contract management role, such as purchasing or contracting, required. Knowledge of telehealth preferred. Strong verbal and written skills, and the ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow required. Detail oriented, critical thinking, organizational and time management skills essential. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) essential.
