The Developer/Integration Support plays a key role in the support, testing and solutioning of integrations. This position requires strong collaboration and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders. The Developer/Integration Support possesses the ability to identify and assess integrations and the overall impact enterprise wide.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Integration Manager, the Developer/Integration support is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Provide Tier 2/3 support and regression testing of Workday Integrations
Oversee Integration scheduling and monitoring
Provide solid knowledge of Workday’s object-oriented data model and approaches to integrations (Connector, EIB and Studio)
Provide integration and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the integration team’s custom request procedures
Create and maintain related calculated fields for integrations; communicate calculated fields needs across areas to avoid redundancy and achieve efficiency
Liaison with technical Solution Architects for approach, reviews, and approvals
Work across various platforms that integrate with Workday
Possess strong knowledge/understanding of data governance
Understand and follow defined integration development standards and best practices
Log and maintain tickets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience with multiple implementations/upgrades
Strong Knowledge of web services, SOAP, WDSL, XML, XSLT or XPATH
Workday Foundation Data Model and Pro Studio
Workday Pro Connectors and Document Transformation
Skills
