Job Description Summary

The Finance ERP Implementation Support Personnel will support the Finance Team Leads and/or Finance Workstream Leads for the following functional areas:Foundation Data Model (Chart of Accounts) (2), Core Financials (GL/AR/AP) (2), Procurement, Grants and Contracts, Payroll, Supply Chain. Support Personnel will assist the Team and Workstream Leads in the planning design and implementation of the project and will be required to support efforts such as current system inventory, data cleansing, chart of accounts crosswalk, and data conversion. The following skills are essential: Communication in a professional and personable manner, Team Player, coordinator, liaison, always looking for ways to make things better, faster and more streamlined, Documentation skills, Working with diverse campus personnel, Strong analytics, problem solving and organizational skills, attention to detail, basic computer skills. The ERP implementation project, which began in March 2021 is scheduled to last nineteen (19) months.

Job Description

Coordinates program design, implementation and daily administrative activities. Coordinates service delivery processes for programs administered by an agency. Conducts special projects at management's request; prepares and presents reports. Provides direction and guidance to staff concerning program issues. Attends legislative, public and advocacy group hearings; presents information for discussion and/or decision-making purposes; responds to requests for information. Reviews program objectives to determine compatibility with agency's mission; assesses programs and implements policy, procedure or rule changes. Participates in the management of the agency; attends agency planning sessions, recommends allocation of resources, provides feedback to employees and agency head and encourages employee growth and development.

Additional Job Description

Minimum Training and Education:   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited finance-related program (Accounting, Operations and Supply Chain, Financial Management, Finance).
