The Kronos, Time Tracking & Absence Manager plays a significant role in ensuring the maximum value of the MUSC Workday solution. This role will provide strategic vision and thought leadership for The Kronos, Time Tracking & Absence while adapting to market trends and business needs. The Kronos, Time Tracking & Absence Manager oversees three (3) direct report, creating a team of problem solvers and innovative thinkers to deliver solutions aligned with MUSC’s mission, core values, and culture.
Responsibilities
Reporting to Finance Director, the Kronos, Time Tracking & Absence Manager is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team that maximizes team member contribution
Coach and develop the Kronos, Time Tracking & Absence Analyst on continuous improvement methodologies and practices
Define success metrics for Kronos, Time Tracking & Absence to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement
Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution
Oversee collaboration with Integrations and Security regrading Workday and Kronos for testing
Analyze data or facts and summarize and present findings in a compelling way
Effectively instill trust and build consensus around business processes and design
Maintain a strong working knowledge of market trends, industry-leading techniques that support innovation and improvement
Liaise with senior leadership to provide strategic input and recommendations for growth, innovation, and overall improvement with Kronos, Time Tracking & Absence module
Provide thought leadership on potential enhancements, methodologies to improve overall experience
Partner with other product Managers, like Total Rewards and Payroll, to ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience
Demonstrated leadership experience or high potential for a leadership role
Possess strong willingness to learn and ability to jump in feet first
Microsoft Office Proficient
Experience working with and knowledge of Kronos
Demonstrated knowledge of leaves, including FLMA, STD, LTD and Military Leaves
