Job Summary/Purpose: The Total Rewards Leader leads the total rewards Center of Excellence for MUSC Health enterprise. This position is responsible for leading a team of dynamic professional specialists in the strategy, development, implementation, execution, communication, and management of the Total Rewards program across the enterprise including compensation, benefits, and rewards and recognition. This position will act as a strategic business partner to management to ensure MUSC is positioned to attract, acquire, retain, and motivate world-class talent across the enterprise.

Minimum Training and Education:  Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. 5 years of management level experience in total rewards, compensation, and/or benefits. Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting organization-wide total rewards programs. SHRM-CP, PHR, CEBS, CCP, CBP, or similar HR/Total Rewards equivalent certifications are preferred.
