Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver expert-level oncology pharmacy care and patient education
  • Support clinical services, including infusion therapy and direct patient counseling
  • Partner with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards
  • Contribute to care coordination, patient access initiatives, and quality improvement efforts
  • Apply specialized knowledge of anti-cancer therapies, symptom management, and supportive care
  • Provide support across oncology clinical areas within the health system as needed

What You Bring

Education:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy
  • PGY2 Oncology Residency preferred

Licensure & Certification:

  • Active Pharmacist License in South Carolina (required)
