Job Description Summary
The RN Coordinator for Palliative Care plays a pivotal role in enhancing patient care by coordinating daily clinical operations of the inpatient palliative care service, educating staff, patients, and families, facilitating interdisciplinary communication, and supporting patients, families, and staff through complex care transitions. This position ensures timely access to palliative services, promotes goal-concordant care, and contributes to initiatives aimed at improving quality of life for patients with serious illnesses. This position is focused in MUSC--CharlestonEntity
