Job Description
The Risk Coordinator (RN) administers the online occurrence reporting system for the organization to include providing daily monitoring, investigating, and intervening in regards to occurrences. This position provides organization wide staff education for occurrence reporting as well as monthly occurrence monitoring reports. This position prepares and conducts risk analysis of serious and sentinel events. This position also administers tracking and reporting for the federally-mandated Safe Medical Device Act.
