Job Description
Evaluates, administers and directs the administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and reassess this patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.

Education: Degree in physical therapy from an accredited school.
Licenses/Certificates: Physical Therapist South Carolina License. AHA BLS or equivalent certification required. PRPC preferred but not required.
Additional Job Description
Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, less than one year experience as a physical therapist, and licensure as a Physical Therapist by the South Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
