Reporting to the Program Director for System Quality & Safety and providing direct support to the Chief and Administrator for Population Health, the Program Coordinator III acts as the operational "air traffic controller” for population health program initiatives. The role involves end-to-end coordination of over 10 recurring executive-level governance meetings, managing cross-functional projects, and serving as the department’s program coordinator for all operational activities, HR/payroll liaison work, and process optimization. Working with a high level of independence, this position supports leaders with strategic plans, ensures seamless meeting execution, and drives measurable outcomes that align with MUSC’s Population Health strategic goals.Entity
