Our 12-week Nurse Residency Program is designed to support RNs with less than one year of experience as you transition confidently into practice.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in a specialized orthopedic spine setting
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
  • Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their loved ones
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes

Additional Job Description

What You’ll Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience (BSN preferred)
  • Active Registered Nurse license in South Carolina or compact state
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
