The Total Rewards Manager plays a significant role in ensuring the maximum value of the MUSC Workday solution. This role will provide strategic vision and thought leadership for Total Rewards while adapting to market trends and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team that maximizes team member contribution
• Coach and develop the Total Rewards Analyst on continuous improvement methodologies and practices
• Define success metrics for Total Rewards to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of market trends, industry-leading techniques that support innovation and improvement within Total Rewards
• Collaborate with other product Managers to ensure broader success across the Workday platform
• Work closely with Human Resources and other departments as needed to understand and support Total Rewards requirements and needs in Workday
• Provide expert-level knowledge of Total Rewards within Workday
• Provide insight into further set-up of business processes, workflows, security roles and user roles for Total Rewards
• Liaise with senior leadership to provide strategic input and recommendations for growth, innovation, and overall improvement with Total Rewards
• Analyze data or facts and summarize and present findings in a compelling way
• Effectively instill trust and build consensus around Total Rewards business processes and design
• Partner with HR, TECH, FIN to ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience or high potential for a leadership role
• Possess strong willingness to learn and ability to jump in feet first
• Demonstrates a solid and comprehensive knowledge of Total Rewards principles and practices
• Microsoft Office Proficient
