Job Description
Minimum Requirements
A bachelor's degree and one-year relevant program experience.
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in enrollment management, recruitment, admissions, or a related student-facing role.
Demonstrated experience leveraging CRM platforms to manage communications, track engagement, and support funnel performance.
Experience leading recruitment efforts for health professions programs.
Experience collaborating on digital marketing strategy, paid media alignment, and lead generation optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on enrollment funnel metrics and performance data.
Familiarity with NursingCAS or similar centralized application systems.
Job Duties:
Enrollment Management and Outreach (25%)
Lead and execute enrollment strategies for graduate programs (MSN, DNP, PhD, PMHNP Certificate), owning performance from inquiry through enrollment.
Drive high-touch engagement by executing a structured, multi-channel outreach strategy (email, SMS, phone) with same-business-day response standards and sustained follow-up cadence.
Design and execute recruitment events (virtual and in-person), including information sessions, campus visits, and outreach initiatives that generate and convert prospective student interest.
Oversee CRM data integrity, ensuring all prospect interactions, funnel stages, and engagement history are accurately captured and leveraged for decision-making.
Coordinate closely with Student Services and recruitment staff to ensure seamless transitions across the enrollment lifecycle and eliminate prospect attrition at handoff points.
CRM Management & Journey Design (25%)
Serve as the strategic lead and SuperUser for Anthology CRM, designing, building, and optimizing automated communication workflows across the enrollment lifecycle.
Architect segmented, behavior-driven communication journeys tailored to program audiences, integrating email and SMS to maximize engagement and responsiveness.
Monitor and analyze funnel performance across all stages, identifying conversion trends, diagnosing drop-off points, and leading targeted intervention strategies.
Establish and track key performance indicators, including speed-to-lead, engagement cadence, application completion, and yield by program.
Partner with admissions leadership to develop and execute data-informed yield strategies that improve admitted student conversion.
Digital Marketing Strategy Support (15%)
Partner in the execution of digital marketing strategy by aligning paid media, lead generation, and outreach efforts with enrollment funnel objectives.
Analyze and provide actionable insights on lead quality, inquiry trends, and audience behavior to inform targeting, messaging, and budget optimization.
Evaluate and optimize landing pages and ad creative to improve conversion rates from click to inquiry.
Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment marketing content, including email campaigns, digital ads, and web messaging.
Support performance tracking by connecting marketing activity to downstream enrollment outcomes and funnel metrics.
Content Development and Creation Support (15%)
Collaborate to lead continuous improvement of the College’s web presence, ensuring program pages and inquiry pathways are accurate, compelling, and conversion-focused.
Partner on the strategy and execution of social media content that elevates program visibility, engages prospective students, and supports recruitment goals.
Contribute to content planning by identifying high-impact topics, formats, and channels aligned with target audiences.
Ensure content consistency and alignment with institutional brand and recruitment strategy.
Recruitment Performance Reporting & Funnel Analytics (10%)
Lead the analysis and reporting of enrollment funnel performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, yield, and enrollment pacing.
Develop and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting to inform strategic decision-making by College leadership.
Identify performance gaps and execute data-driven recommendations to optimize recruitment outcomes.
Support development of cost-per-acquisition tracking and broader enrollment analytics infrastructure.
Pipeline & Partnership Development (5%)
Build and lead strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations to develop sustainable referral pipelines for graduate and post-licensure programs.
Engage nursing leadership and workforce development stakeholders to position the College as a preferred academic partner.
Represent the College in external forums, recruitment events, and partnership meetings to expand program visibility and pipeline growth.
Collaborate internally to strengthen undergraduate-to-graduate pathway development and pipeline conversion.
