The Jiang Lab at the Medical University of South Carolina aims to understand the role of microbiome, inflammation, pathogenic autoantibody, and B cell dysfunction in human disease immunopathogenesis, HIV and SLE. Job Description
Maintain lab routine work, and apply for lab safety documents (20%)
Conduct immunologic and molecular biologic experiments in human studies and collect and analyze data (30%)
Conduct immunologic and molecular biologic experiments (i.e., western, IF, qPCR) in animal studies and collect and analyze data (30%)
Refine and standardize existing experimental procedures and train new lab members. (20%)
MUSC Minimum Training and Experience
A Ph.D., M.D. or equivalent with two years postdoctorate experience.
