All new graduate nurses participate in our year-long Nurse Residency Program, which consists of monthly classes to help you transition from the classroom to the bedside. No matter what area of nursing you're interested in, you'll find your ideal role here.

Applications for our Charleston Fall 2024 New Graduate Hiring Blitz open December 16. Deadlines vary by area:

  • January 12: Applications close for Children's and Women's, Emergency Departments, Meduflex, and Adult ICUs
  • February 9: Applications for all other units close
