Job Description Summary

MUSC Health – Columbia Medical Center Northeast is seeking full-time BC/BE Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physicians for a progressive primary care practice in Columbia, South Carolina. Located on the hospital campus, providers have access to on-site X-ray and lab services, as well as cardiology, pulmonary/sleep medicine, neurosurgery, and orthopaedic specialties. Ideal candidates will have an interest in supporting a diverse patient demographic, and experience working with and mentoring Advanced Practice Providers. Columbia, state’s second-most populous city, is conveniently located between the scenic beaches of the Lowcountry and the majestic mountains of the Upstate.

About the position:

• Practice Call Only
• 100% Outpatient
• 20-25 patients per day
• Access to on-site X-ray, lab, and specialty services
• Dynamic group of providers promoting teamwork, efficiency and excellent patient care
• Good specialty support in the community
• Quick ramp-up time with excellent local marketing and outreach support
