Since 2016, MUSC's Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Best Practice Center (APP-BPC) has worked to establish consistent APP practice standards related to productivity, engagement, satisfaction, and wellness across the MUSC Health enterprise.

The center serves as a hub of information related to APP credentialing and privileging, competency evaluation, scope of practice, models of care, compliance, legal, and regulatory information. The APP-BPC provides MUSC's Advanced Practice Providers with community, fellowship, and opportunities to learn and collaborate with other APPs across the system.
