The Human Resource Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the front office duties of answering phones and answering questions, greeting and servicing customers to the department, making name badges, ordering supplies, handles departmental mail and filing documents that come into the department.   

Additional Job Description

Education:   

  • Associates degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Experience:    

  • Prior experience in Human Resources
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience with HRIS software preferred
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills required
