Responsible for the overall management, support, and strategic direction of the Microsoft 365 platform in partnership with the IS Leadership and Microsoft support contacts. This role involves ensuring that effective and efficient use of Microsoft 365 as a platform to support collaboration, business workflows, improve service delivery, increase automation and drive operational excellence. The Platform Owner will be able to manage requests and improvement initiatives against resource availability and competing priorities. By continuously monitoring functionality, performance, and metrics, the Platform Owner directly impacts the efficiency, productivity and service delivery to our organization.Entity

Job Description

Additional Job Description
Required Education/Skills/Work Experience:
Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or related field with five (5) years progressive Microsoft 365 platform experience or Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of progressive Microsoft 365 platform experience, preferably in a healthcare or academic environment.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required: client relations and relationship building, fact finding with process documentation, written and verbal communications based on audience.
