MRI/CT Scheduler

Job Description Summary

The Scheduler reports to the Supervisor or Manager of specific scheduling modality. An Imaging Modality Scheduler provides general clerical support in an imaging modality. Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to, answering phones, operating computers, scheduling appointments, screening patients, giving written and verbal instructions to patients, and requesting prior imaging.

Job Description

High school graduate or equivalent (GED). Two years of medical receptionist experience, preferably in a
radiology setting. Must have basic computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
