Under the direction of the Director of Enterprise Well-being Strategy and Operations, the Performance Analyst for Well-being Analysis and Reporting supports the programmatic efforts of the Center for Workplace Well-being across the Enterprise. The position assists with the development, implementation, and maintenance of data and analytics to support decision making, strategy, performance improvement, and other key operational goals through reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools, providing both proactive and reactive support to the team.Entity

Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the Center for Workplace Well-being in the collection and analysis of data on key performance indicators (KPIs), assists leadership and program leads on establishing performance indicators for programs in development prior to implementation.
Evaluates program and initiative performance and provides insights and recommendations on improvement.
Develops and utilizes dashboards to monitor program progress, benchmarking against established national or local metrics.
Participates in strategic planning meetings, provides forecasting on opportunities for growth and improvement based on current and future predicted environments.
Assists Well-being Medical Director of Research and Grants with publishing and submission efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years work experience, or master’s degree in related field like Healthcare Administration or Public Health.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills is required.
Ability to demonstrate advanced skills acquiring and preparing data, synthesizing data, preparing and distilling insights for purposes of decision making and tracking programmatic progress and efforts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A bachelor’s degree and 3 years work experience, or master’s degree in related field like Healthcare Administration or Public Health is required.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding work environment is essential.
Critical thinker with a strong understanding of program management and business operations.
Ability to work and collaborate with multiple teams to provide support on various ongoing programmatic efforts.
Experience analyzing data and developing meaningful resources and information that provide support in decision making is preferred.
Working knowledge of tableau, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Redcap, and other related project management tools is preferred.
