Job Description
Conducts surveys and studies of problems and needs; makes recommendations to appropriate officials. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the status of assigned program area(s). Reviews, evaluates and reports on assigned program area. Provides technical assistance to staff, management, the public and other governmental entities. Takes and processes routine program requests from customers. Supervises employees as needed.Additional Job Description
A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and four years of relatable work experience is required. Previous experience in a secretarial/clerical position is preferred. Basic keyboarding skills are required; medical terminology is preferred. Applicant must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
