Developing strategic initiates to address leadership development gaps.  Managing the employee experience model.   This position will analyze data and develop metrics to measure and support strategic initiatives related to engagement and retention.

Additional Job Description

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree and one year work experience; or high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 to 4 years work experience.
