Job Description

The Department of Radiology & Radiological Science at the Medical University of South Carolina seeks candidates to join its Community Radiology Group for its Regional Health Network on an as needed basis (PRN) in its Catawba Region.

This is an on-site position with varying shift coverage between the hours of 7am – 7pm. Evenings are often covered with nighthawk services but may become available from time to time.  

Ideal Radiologists should be able to perform a broad range of diagnostic imaging services, Mammo, “light IR” procedures including biopsies but will consider all interested candidates.

MUSC Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must have an MD or equivalent degree, be ABR Board-certified and fellowship trained, have experience in all aspects of general radiology, breast imaging (including ultrasounds and MR), some light interventional radiology services and must be able to obtain a permanent South Carolina medical license to be considered.

• Ability to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected, in one eye or with both eyes. (Continuous)
