Job Description Summary

The Senior Project Manager joins the MUSC Enterprise Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM) to manage new project intake, facilitate cross-functional collaboration amongst project stakeholders, optimize customer success, and manage vendor-related marketing campaigns from design through to delivery. This role supports the following functional areas: Marketing, Brand, Communications, Digital Web, and Community Outreach. This role exists to initiate projects with success, maximize cross-functional collaboration, optimize throughput, and maintain oversight to ensure customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager governs the intake process and evaluates requests to compile project information and conduct a hand-off to the project owner and stakeholders for project execution.  Additional responsibilities include development and use of dashboard analytics to assess project performance, manage resources, evaluate processes and technologies for continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional customer service.  This role will also be responsible for managing vendor-related marketing campaigns to help MUSC departments meet their strategic goals and objectives.

Customers cover the full MUSC Enterprise: Health, Research, and Academic divisions. 

This is an in-person position.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 7 years progressive work experience and 2 years management experience.
