Job Description Summary
The incumbent will provide administrative, technical and programmatic services to the Charleston Consortium Internship Program and NCVC Educational web courses. Incumbent will facilitate yearly intern recruitment, interview, and placement process between MUSC and the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC, in compliance with the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) and American Psychological Association standards. This involves assisting program leadership in managing applicant database and coordinating the scheduling of interns and faculty for teleconference interviews. Incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accuracy of and updating Charleston Consortium Internship Program website and alumni database. Incumbent will coordinate collection and initial analysis of program evaluation data used to support the maintenance of program accreditation. Incumbent will work in close collaboration with the Program Directors and Psychology Education Committee, which oversees the operation of the internship. Incumbent will independently manage seminar coordination, scheduling communications, and teleconference set-up for all program-related didactics. Incumbent will independently coordinate special training events (e.g., Resiliency Days, end-of-year graduation activities, and orientation). This position will also be responsible for administering programmatic activities related to the NCVC’s education division. The incumbent will manage all administrative aspects and project operations for the Charleston Consortium Internship program including strategic planning under the supervision of the Program Directors and Psychology Education Committee. Incumbent will supervise a part-time program manager to assist with administrative duties and coordination with MUSC and Ralph H. Johnson VAMC Human Resources departments. Incumbent will also provide some administrative support to world wide web course trainings offered through the NCVC Education Division (e.g., TFCBTWeb2.0, CPTWeb2.0, and forthcoming courses).Entity
