Job Description

Qualifications:
1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with specialization as an APRN, with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing – child and adolescent focus.
2. Current APRN licensure and certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
3. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an APRN specializing in psychiatric mental health nursing.
4. Previous experience in mentoring students preferred.

Responsibilities:
30%  Deliver high-quality clinical instruction and supervision for APRN students specializing in psychiatric mental health nursing practice in child and adolescent mental health.
30%  Provide mentorship and support to students during clinical experiences, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and evidence-based practice.
30% Evaluate student performance offering constructive feedback for growth and development.
10%  Maintain accurate records of student progress, clinical hours, and evaluations.
