The Workforce Development Coordinator will be a dedicated resource for schools/students in building relationships and focus on student pipeline development (recruitment strategies for students).  They will be a consistent resource to the schools/student to ensure onboarding/rotations are completed timely.  The coordinator will be a dedicated resource to assist with MUSC Charleston projects for student rotation/University involvement.

Additional Job Description

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University preferred.  Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships.  Experience understanding workforce pipeline development and student rotations.
