Job Description
This is a journeyman level position tasked with the maintenance and repair of building systems. The successful candidate must be competent and comfortable with the use of power and hand tools to successfully complete assigned tasks. All work must be performed in accordance with instructions and established trade practices. The candidate must be capable of working independently or in a team setting.
