Job Description

Under the direction of the Director, Clinical Business Operations, the Manager will be responsible for executing the goals, objectives, plans, and policies within assigned areas of responsibility. This individual ensures services are delivered in alignment with established quality and financial standards, while continuously working to enhance patient satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee operational plans to achieve department objectives.

• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

• Evaluate and optimize employee performance in accordance with organizational policies.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality patient experiences.

• Maintain compliance with internal standards, external regulations, and best practices.

Experience: Minimum five years of Patient Access (Admitting) or equivalent experience in a supervisory or lead role. Knowledge of Excel, Word, and use of the internet is required.
