The Associate Director of MUSC Foundation Events – Health Programs, is a key member of the MUSC Foundation Events team, reporting to the Director of Events. This role leads the development, management, and execution of fundraising events that support MUSC Health’s philanthropic priorities, which includes MUSC Heart & Vascular Center, MUSC Storm Eye Institute and other groups.Entity

Job Description
(25%) Serve as the strategic thought partner for events, contributing to high-level decision-making, event strategy development, and alignment of events with MUSC philanthropic priorities.
(25%) Contribute to the strategic planning, logistics, and execution of high-impact fundraising events for MUSC Health, ensuring seamless operations, brand consistency, and alignment with philanthropic priorities while maximizing donor engagement and revenue growth.
(20%) Drive sponsorship and revenue growth by securing event sponsorships, in-kind contributions, and implementing innovative fundraising strategies to maximize financial support for MUSC Health events.
(15%) Foster collaboration across teams by streamlining event workflows, coordinating with marketing and communications, and engaging key stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and alignment with MUSC Health’s mission.
(15%) Enhance event efficiency and donor engagement through strategic use of event technology, seamless registration processes, and collaboration with donor relations, while ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
