Are you organized, compassionate, and energized by a team-focused environment? Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is looking for a dynamic Unit Secretary / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who thrives in a fast-paced setting and loves making a difference in patients’ recovery journeys.

What You’ll Do:

As a CNA:

  • Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Support mobility, transfers, and safety

  • Monitor and report patient changes to the nursing team

  • Encourage and motivate patients during their recovery

As a Unit Secretary:

  • Coordinate unit communication and manage phone calls

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and scheduling

  • Support physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff

  • Keep the unit organized and running smoothly

Additional Job Description

Minimum Education

  • A high school diploma or GED required

Required Licensure, Certifications, and Registrations:

  • Currently registered as a Certified Nurse Assistant in South Carolina
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA)
