Job Description Summary
Day to day supervision of the professional coders of assigned specialties across the system within Revenue Cycle and functions as a resource and facilitator for specialty areas of professional coding denial operations. Oversee the coding denial workflow and validates the quality of the coding process and is responsible for the reporting of monthly productivity and quality reporting as well as performance reviews on all designated Care Team Members. The Supervisor collaborates with other departments to ensure efficiency and strong communication and escalation of issues and/or enhancements while identifying critical issues and keeping leadership informed with possible solutions.Entity
