The Endoscopy Technician reports to the Nurse Manager and plays an essential role in supporting the Gastroenterology (GI) team by assisting physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff before, during, and after endoscopic procedures. This position is responsible for preparing procedure rooms, processing and maintaining sterile and non-sterile instruments and equipment, assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment.
The Endoscopy Technician contributes to exceptional patient care by maintaining procedural readiness, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention and safety standards.
