Job Description
Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and re-assesses patient’s progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation. This job classification is required to care for patients of all ages. Communicates with patients, families, peers, and other professionals as needed to provide continuity of care.
