Job Description Summary

The Program Coordinator II for HR-Workforce Development reports to the Director, Workforce Development. Under limited supervision, the Student Onboarding Coordinator performs specialized and routine operational and administrative functions to support Sponsored Programs, Unpaid Learner Experience, and area workforce development needs.

Job Description

Coordinates program design, implementation and daily administrative activities. Coordinates service delivery processes for programs administered through Workforce Development. Conducts special projects at management's request; prepares and presents reports. Provides direction and guidance to staff concerning program issues. Manages Pre-Licensure Clinical Placement of Youth Apprentices. Recruitment and Onboarding of students and new hires for department. This position works closely with the Clinical Education Managers, Nursing and Operations Program Managers, and key cross-functional HR Team Members.
