Job Description Summary

The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for assisting with overall HR functions to include: onboarding, calling offers, recruitment, maintaining employee records, and onboarding contract staff. This position will assist in special projects as assigned.

Job Description

Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, equal employment opportunity, and/or employee records. Processes HR department applications, including employment and enrollment applications; maintains attendance and employment records, and compiles statistics for various HR management reports.

Additional Job Description

Education:   

  • Associate's degree in human resources or related field preferred.

Experience / Qualifications:    

  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare related field preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with HRIS Software & databases preferred
  • Willingness to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong oral and verbal communication

Licensures/Certifications:  

  • None required
