Job Description

The Information Solutions (IS) Portfolio Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and governance support within the Office of the CIO. This role is responsible for tracking, maintaining, and reporting on the enterprise technology portfolio that supports the organization's mission, strategic objectives, and operational excellence. The role supports portfolio governance, risk tracking, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination across clinical, academic, research, financial, administrative, and operational domains.

Additional Job Description

Requirements (Education, Experience, Licensure, Registry, Certification)

  • Education & Experience: Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Information Systems, MS in Technology Management, or related field) preferred, or a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of progressive experience in project coordination, IT business analysis, administration, or PMO support.
  • Preferred Experience: Exposure to project/portfolio management tools (Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project) preferred.
