About MUSC Health Primary Care – Trenholm Rd:
MUSC Health Primary Care – Trenholm Rd is an established outpatient practice dedicated to providing high-quality preventive and primary care services to patients of all ages. As part of MUSC Health, providers benefit from the resources, clinical expertise, and support of South Carolina's premier academic health system while maintaining the close-knit feel of a community-based practice.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced Practice Provider: Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

  • Current South Carolina licensure or eligibility for licensure

  • BLS certification

  • DEA and DHEC licensure prior to start date

  • Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Commitment to teamwork, preventive medicine, and improving community health

Position Highlights:

  • Provide comprehensive preventive, acute, and chronic care management

  • Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and treatment planning

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of primary care conditions

  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies

  • Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary care teams

  • Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle practices

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
