Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced Practice Provider: Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

  • Current South Carolina licensure or eligibility for licensure

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • DEA and applicable state prescribing credentials prior to start date

  • Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred

  • Commitment to evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and continuous learning

Position Highlights:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine health assessments

  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving long-term health outcomes

  • Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
