Required Qualifications:
Advanced Practice Provider: Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Current South Carolina licensure or eligibility for licensure
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
DEA and applicable state prescribing credentials prior to start date
Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred
Commitment to evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and continuous learning
Position Highlights:
Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine health assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving long-term health outcomes
Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle practices
Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Utilize evidence-based clinical guidelines and best practices
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Collaborate within a supportive physician and APP team environment
