Job Description

 Clinic Hours of Operation:

  • Specialty Clinics: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • After-Hours Care:
    • Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    • Weekends & Holidays, 12:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Schedule:

  • Rotating shifts required, including every third weekend

Example Schedule Rotations:

  • Shift 1: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Shift 2: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Shift 3: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturday, 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Shift 4: Sunday, 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM; Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Additional Job Description

High school diploma or equivalent (GED), with 1 year of customer service experience. Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations preferred. Previous experience with hospital information systems or word processing preferred.
