Job Description

Function as the first line of contact receiving patients, answering incoming calls, and monitoring the reception area. Registration of Patients. Scheduling of appointments, consults, treatment, and tests.  Collect and appropriately document all payments in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Additional Job Description

High school diploma or equivalent (GED), with 1 year of customer service experience. Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations preferred. Previous experience with hospital information systems or word processing preferred.
